Group H&S and Facilities Administrator

Newsome Ltd, based in Elland, West Yorkshire, is seeking to recruit a Group H&S and Facilities Administrator - this role is at our Elland Head Office

Provides administrative support for Health and Safety and Facilities compliance across all sites. The role manages key documentation, staff training records, statutory inspections, contractor controls, and audit requirements to keep compliance systems accurate and up to date. It supports the rollout and monitoring of compliance processes and helps maintain a safe working culture through consistent record-keeping and coordination. Overall responsibility for Health and Safety and statutory duties remains with senior management and appointed competent persons.
