Toni Ann Doran Promoted to Team Leader Group Administration

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Toni Ann Doran to Team Leader, Group Administration, effective from 1 January 2026.

Toni has been a valued member of the business and has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting teams across the group. Her promotion recognises not only her day-to-day contribution but also her ability to lead, organise and improve administrative processes that support the wider operation.

In her new role, Toni will oversee group administration activities, providing structure, coordination and support across multiple departments. She will play a key role in ensuring administrative functions continue to operate efficiently as the business grows, while also supporting colleagues with clear communication and dependable organisational support.

This promotion reflects our ongoing investment in developing people from within the business and recognising individuals who demonstrate capability, reliability and leadership potential.
